Thank you to all of you who made it out to kickoff yesterday -- we had a very productive day of brainstorming and it was great that we got working on some initial prototypes. Today’s small leadership meeting was a valuable way to finalize our ideas for a preliminary strategic and design plan.  We will be presenting this plan at tomorrow’s build meeting around 3:45 and taking questions, suggestions, or ideas from all of you. You can check her message on the #updates channel in Slack for a summary.  Now that the build season has officially begun, we will be following a regular schedule for meetings each week. Every week, we will meet from 3:00 to 8:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and 12:00 - 8:00 on Saturday. We will be serving dinner at each of these meetings, but please eat lunch beforehand on Saturdays.
